- anything or anyone that has already let go of me.
- fear based thinking.
- feeling the need to over explain myself or my choices.
- other people’s projections from their own trauma, fears and negative thinking.
- feeling bad for setting boundaries to protect my peace and mental health.
- the belief that my ability to be loved is tied to how much i “do” for others.
- not listening to or trusting my own intuition.
- sharing details about my personal life when i’m not ready or don’t want to.
- allowing others to diminish my joy or excitement.
- fears of being judged from my past traumas and heartbreaks.
- feeling bad for distancing myself from anyone or anything that isn’t healthy for me.
- taking the actions and words of others personally.
- feeling bad for needing alot of time alone.
- fears of being viewed as “too much.”
- an inability to relax and trust the process.
- the desire to want to “fix” everything.
- fears of stepping fully into my light.
- not putting myself first when i need to.
