  1. the inability to see my worth.
  2. forced interactions.
  3. the belief that my worth is attached to how much i hustle.
  4. anything or anyone that has already let go of me.
  5. fear based thinking.
  6. feeling the need to over explain myself or my choices.
  7. other people’s projections from their own trauma, fears and negative thinking.
  8. feeling bad for setting boundaries to protect my peace and mental health.
  9. the belief that my ability to be loved is tied to how much i “do” for others.
  10. not listening to or trusting my own intuition.
  11. sharing details about my personal life when i’m not ready or don’t want to.
  12. allowing others to diminish my joy or excitement.
  13. fears of being judged from my past traumas and heartbreaks.
  14. feeling bad for distancing myself from anyone or anything that isn’t healthy for me.
  15. taking the actions and words of others personally.
  16. feeling bad for needing alot of time alone.
  17. fears of being viewed as “too much.”
  18. an inability to relax and trust the process.
  19. the desire to want to “fix” everything.
  20. fears of stepping fully into my light.
  21. not putting myself first when i need to.
